Nicholson Fontilus is a commanding goalkeeper known for his elite shot-stopping ability, composure under pressure, and dominant presence in the box. Born March 29, 2020 in Port-au-Prince, Haiti (Bel Air), he began his soccer journey as a young boy with a dream of becoming a great player.
At age 12, he started playing as a center back for Racing Club Haïtien. However, due to security issues in the area, he was forced to stop after one year. Shortly after, he joined OJAD (Delmas 2 Youth Athletic Organization), where he transitioned to the goalkeeper position and began developing his skills between the posts. It was there that he built the foundation of his game and fully committed to his goalkeeping journey.
In 2018, at just 16 years old, Nicholson earned an opportunity to join FC Toro, one of the top academies in Haiti, based on the potential and growth he showed during his time at OJAD.
In 2022, he moved to the United States to pursue his soccer ambitions while continuing his college education as a Business Management major. He started competing at the collegiate level with Massasoit Community College from 2022 to 2024 before transferring to Bryant & Stratton College in 2024, where he continues to develop as a high-level goalkeeper.
Nicholson brings leadership, confidence, and consistency to every match, anchoring the defense and setting the tone from the back.
